Why NYDEF® Nylon instead of glass or poly?
Glass is too heavy and shatters. Polycarbonate is light but distorts light (low Abbe value). NYDEF® Polyamide gives you the optical clarity of glass at a fraction of the weight, with extreme impact resistance.

No. Every pair of Popticals arrives with its designated protection system included. Whether it is the ABS Hardshell, Hand-Stitched Italian Leather, or Neoprene Soft-Shell, your gear is fully protected from day one.
Q: How does the case protect the lenses without foam inserts?
The interior is precision-molded specifically for the collapsed FL2 Micro-Rail System™. This mechanical "cradle" architecture, combined with non-abrasive felt buffer points, ensures that the rail system remains perfectly aligned even under heavy external vibration.
Q: How should I clean the Popticals case?
For Hardshell and Neoprene cases, wipe down with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soap. For Leather cases, use a dedicated leather cleaner or conditioner to maintain the natural finish and prevent drying.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
If your new eyewear isn't the perfect fit, you may return any pair purchased directly from Popticals.com for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in perfect resalable condition, and returned in the original packaging including the hardshell case and all accessories.
*Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss during transit; a trackable parcel service is highly recommended.

2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every pair of Popticals is protected by a two-year warranty from the original purchase date against manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship. If the rail system or frame fails under normal use conditions, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.
What Is Not Covered?
The manufacturer's warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratched lenses, or damage caused by neglect or improper usage. (However, we offer assistance for this through our Accidental Replacement Program!).

$75 Accidental Replacement
Accidents happen. If you accidentally damage your Popticals (scratched lenses, frame breakage, crushed frames, etc.), you are eligible for a one-time replacement for a flat $75 fee within 2 years of purchase. Simply send us the damaged frames, pay the flat fee, and we will deploy a brand new pair of equal or lesser value.
Program Guidelines
This program covers comprehensive damage, but excludes lost or stolen sunglasses. Please note this is a one-time exchange, meaning the replacement pair itself is not eligible for another $75 exchange later on.
