Our handmade Italian frames feature Grilamid TR 90, the lightest-engineered plastic on the planet, providing excellent durability able to stand up to long-term outdoor usage and even extreme climatic conditions. And our patented FL2 Micro-Rail System™ provides for one-of-a-kind collapsibility, enabling Popticals to quickly shift between full frame for use and uniquely compacted size for easy and scratch-resistant storage and portability.

We rigorously select our suppliers through and ensure that they use only premium, high-quality materials. Each pair of sunglasses is assembled, painted, and finished by hand with utmost attention to detail. After undergoing thorough inspection, the sunglasses are prepackaged and re-inspected before being shipped out. We ensure that every order is carefully inspected before being sealed and shipped.

The FL2 Micro-Rail System™ is composed of magnets and stainless-steel rails designed specifically to prevent rust or corrosion. With proper care and maintenance, the rail system will last as long as you own your sunglasses.

With every pair of Popticals, along with your sunglasses you will receive a case, soft bag and cleaning cloth. The case for most frame styles is the hard-shell case, designed to withstand any impact you might encounter in pursuit of your active life. NYDEF® lenses, created by global optics leader Carl Zeiss Vision, use nylon material which significantly boosts clarity compared to polycarbonate lenses found in most sunglasses. The FL2 Miro-Rail System™ is the heart of the compact design. It is an innovative, patented system that allows the lenses to slide together for use and apart for compact storage. We are always exploring ways to expand our product range. We currently do not offer prescription lenses, although it is a goal we are working towards.

To keep your Popticals in good condition, it's important to store them in the protective case provided when not in use. This reduces the likelihood of damage and scratches. Regularly cleaning your lenses is also recommended to improve performance and prevent dirt and dust buildup that may be difficult to remove later. A little bit of care can go a long way in maintaining the longevity of your Popticals.

For a thorough cleaning of your lenses and frames, it's best to use mild soap and warm water, followed by a quick drying session with a lint-free cloth. Additionally, the soft cloth bag and cleaning cloth provided can be used to easily wipe off any dust that may accumulate on the lenses.

Your rails are designed for hassle-free maintenance. Given the active lives of our clients, we know that Popticals may be exposed to the elements. Should they get dirty, it makes sense to wash them with warm water and make sure that the channel that the rail system slides within is clear.

Our goal is to get your Popticals to you as quickly as possible. Our order processing is swift and efficient, with packages most often shipped out within 1-3 days. Once your package leaves our facility, the carrier takes charge of its delivery. Rest assured that our free shipping option guarantees timely delivery within 2-5 days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped, which you can use to track your order with ease.

We are committed to ensuring your absolute satisfaction with your Popticals. You may return any pair of Popticals Sunglasses purchased on Popticals.com for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was first received, meaning unworn, unused, in the original packaging and in a perfect, resalable condition.

Rest assured that your Popticals sunglasses are protected by a two-year warranty from the purchase date that covers any defects stemming from the manufacturer's workmanship or materials. In the unlikely event that such defects occur, Popticals will:

• Determine if the claim is covered under the warranty. Popticals has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects
• Authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our main website popticals.com or an authorized dealer and is within the warranty period
• If covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge

Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover scratched lenses. However, we offer assistance through our replacement program, described below, if you have scratched your lenses.

For two years from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a one-time exchange through our replacement program. Everything except lost or stolen sunglasses is covered. No questions asked, we will exchange your damaged sunglasses and a one-time charge of $75 for a new pair of equal or lesser value.

We don't want you to be without your Popticals. Once we have received your damaged sunglasses and you have settled the one-time fee, we will swiftly ship your brand new Popticals to you.
