Popticals Sunglasses are warranted for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. In the unlikely event that your Popticals sunglasses have any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, Popticals will:
Determine if the claim is covered under the warranty. Popticals has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects.
Authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our main website popticals.com or an authorized dealer and is within the warranty period.
If covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.
Please note:Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, damage caused by improper usage or sunglasses that were altered in any way. Shipping expenses related to a claim are the responsibility of the person making the claim.
Popticals will contact you if your claim is not covered under warranty.
If your sunglasses are not covered under the warranty, Popticals will contact you to provide status and share additional options, including details of ourreplacement plan(if eligible).
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY REPLACE OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. POPTICLAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE WARRANTED PRODUCT. POPTICALS SHALL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE FOR A RECOVERY IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PAID AS A PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD BY POPTICALS AND CAUSING THE DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW FOR LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, IT MAY BE THAT THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO YOU.
