Replacement Program

The Popticals Replacement Program is designed to offer additional protection outside of the manufacturer’s warranty for sunglasses purchased at or an authorized dealer. Everything except lost or stolen sunglasses is covered under the replacement program, including scratched lenses, damage from normal wear and broken frames. Our replacement plan is simple:

  • For 2 years from the date of purchase for sunglasses, you are eligible for a one-time exchange through our replacement program.

  • If your sunglasses become damaged in any way, you simply send us the damaged sunglasses and pay a one time charge of $75. Once received, we will send you a new pair of sunglasses of equal or lesser value.

What is covered under the Replacement Program?

Everything except lost or stolen sunglasses. No questions asked. We will exchange your damaged sunglasses for a one-time charge of $75 for a new pair of equal or lesser value.

How long will it take to receive my new sunglasses from the replacement program?

We do not want you to be without your sunglasses. We will ship your new sunglasses out as soon as we receive your damaged sunglasses and you have paid the one time fee.


  • Product was purchased from or an authorized dealer.

  • Claim is made within 2 years of purchase date.

  • Only one exchange permitted per purchased pair of sunglasses.

  • Sunglasses received through the replacement program remain eligible for the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and assume risk of loss for all products shipped to Popticals. We recommend parcel tracking for all returned products.

  • Sunglasses received through the replacement program are not eligible for the replacement program. If your replacement pair does become damaged, please reach out to us to discuss additional options
