2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

We stand behind our Italian craftsmanship and precision engineering. Every pair of Popticals is warranted for two (2) years from the original date of purchase against any manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship.

In the unlikely event that your Popticals fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.

Warranty Claim Process & Eligibility

To ensure a streamlined process, all warranty claims are subject to the following guidelines:

• Authorized Proof of Purchase: The claim must be for a product purchased directly from Popticals.com or an official authorized dealer, and must be submitted within the 2-year warranty window.

• Evaluation: Upon receiving your product, Popticals retains sole discretion to evaluate and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturer's defect.

• Shipping Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for any shipping expenses related to submitting a warranty claim.

Exclusions & Wear-and-Tear

Our warranty covers defects in how the product was made, but it does not cover the realities of heavy use in the field. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including scratched lenses).

• Damage caused by neglect, lack of maintenance, or improper usage.

• Sunglasses that have been structurally altered or modified in any way.

Uncovered Claims & Next Steps

If our team determines that your sunglasses are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty (e.g., you accidentally crushed them or scratched the lens), we will not leave you hanging. A Popticals team member will contact you directly to provide a status update and walk you through your alternative options—including utilizing our "no-questions-asked" $75 Replacement Program.

POPTICALS SHALL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE FOR A RECOVERY IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PAID AS THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD BY POPTICALS THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW FOR LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES, IT MAY BE THAT THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO YOU.
