Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at popticals.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders may be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We offer free shipping to the continental US for orders totaling $99 or more and have additional options available for expedited service. Most free shipping items will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail which will have a tracking number provided.

 Free shipping for orders in the continental US only for orders totaling $99 or more.  Shipping costs will apply for Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories.

We primarily use the US Postal Service. Additional information about the different delivery methods can be found here.

Delivery delays from the shipment carrier may occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Popticals.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Popticals.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us as well so we can help you with the process and work to get you a replacement as soon as possible.


International Shipping Policy

Popticals.com is now accepting orders for international customers in the following countries:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

Once Popticals.com has shipped your package, the actual delivery date will be beyond our control. Delivery delays from the shipment carrier may occasionally occur. There also may be delays with customs when entering the country.  Any abandoned packages due to miss delivery and/or refusal of packages are non refundable.
