We engineer Popticals for rugged, active lifestyles, but we know that austere environments and daily use can be brutal on gear. The Popticals Replacement Program is designed to provide elite, "no-questions-asked" protection that extends far beyond standard manufacturer defects.

If your sunglasses sustain damage outside of our standard warranty, we have you covered.

How the Program Works

For two years from your original date of purchase, you are eligible for a one-time exchange. Simply send us your damaged frames and pay a flat, one-time fee of $75. Upon receipt, we will immediately deploy a brand-new pair of sunglasses of equal or lesser value.

• Comprehensive Coverage: What is covered? Everything except lost or stolen items. No questions asked. Whether you scratch a ZEISS™ lens on the job site, drop them on the cart path, or crush a frame under a heavy pack, you are covered.
• Rapid Deployment: We refuse to leave you without your vision gear. Your brand-new sunglasses will be shipped out as soon as we receive your damaged pair and the one-time fee is processed.

Program Eligibility & Guidelines

To utilize the Replacement Program, the following criteria must be met:

• Authorized Purchase: The original product must have been purchased directly from Popticals.com or an authorized retail partner.
• Claim Window: The claim must be initiated within two (2) years of the original purchase date.
• One-Time Use: This program permits exactly one (1) exchange per originally purchased pair of sunglasses.
• Shipping Logistics: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss for products in transit to our facility. We highly recommend using a trackable parcel service.

Status of Your Replacement Pair

When you receive your new replacement sunglasses, they will arrive fully protected under our standard 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty against any defects.

However, please note that the replacement pair itself is not eligible for another $75 replacement exchange. If your replacement pair happens to suffer severe damage down the road, please reach out to our support team to discuss alternative options—we always want to keep you in the Popticals family.
