Two Year Limited Warranty

Our sunglasses are warranted for two years from the original date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship. The Company will repair or replace at the Company’s option, any pair of Popticals Sunglasses found to be defective-exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.

How to Make a Claim

To start the warranty process, you’ll need to contact Popticals Customer Care at (888) 965-7671 to receive a Popticals Service Authorization Number to track your claim.

Once you have obtained the Service Authorization Number, please ship your product via a method that offers both tracking and insurance to:

Please include the following with your shipment:

  • Your complete contact information including full name, return address, phone number and email address.
  • A description of the issue with the product.
  • Valid proof of purchase from an authorized Popticals dealer.

Next Steps

  • Once we receive product and proof of purchase, we will email or call you within 2-business days to confirm if your product defect is covered under our warranty policy or provide other repair options.
  • Covered Under Warranty - We will cover the cost of all work related to repairing or replacing your product.
  • Not Covered Under Warranty – If for whatever reason your product is deemed not to be covered under our warranty policy, we will send you an estimate for the cost to repair or replace your product.
  • Please Note: Products or packages mailed directly to Popticals Headquarters without a Popticals Service Authorization Number clearly labeled on the front of the package will be REFUSED DELIVERY and returned to the sender at their cost.

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY REPLACE OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. VISOPTICALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE WARRANTED PRODUCT. VISOPTICAL SHALL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE FOR A RECOVERY IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PAID AS A PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD BY VISOPTICALS AND CAUSING THE DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW FOR LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, IT MAY BE THAT THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Returns / Refunds

If you find you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund. If you purchased in store, please return to the retailer where purchased. All products need to be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging (not shipping materials, just product packaging). Otherwise, your return maybe be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Your order number, Return Authorization number, and reason for the return.
  • Unless the item is defective or there was a shipping issue due to an error made by Popticals, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii.

Cleaning & Maintenance

To clean your Popticals sunglasses use water and mild dish or bath soap, avoiding all types of solvents or alcohol. If any debris or dirt is located in the channel of the FL2 Micro-Rail System®, run warm water from faucet to rinse out foreign material.

Lenses: Use cleaning cloth provided in the packaging in which Popticals was sold. Do not use abrasive cloths on lenses as it could alter the functionality of their filters. Use only original accessories and parts.

Preservation

When not in use, store in the Popticals hard case in a dry place at a temperature between -14 °F and 95 °F.
